The Comforter is Come - Another answered prayer
~~~~~~
Roy L. Denton, contributor
This story is going to be sort of unorthodoxed. I have been criticized for my grammer and
spelling shortcomings as well as my total unethical journalism practices. To those I say,
who cares. I mean seriously dudes, who cares.
Maybe if one of you out there can convince Mr Cryler the EDITOR to pay me then maybe I
might change to do things in a different way. The thing is Crakston Cryler will not pay me.
Why? because he doesn't get paid and I do not want paid for doing what I am lead to do. It
must be the
RWOG in me.
With that said, Crakston recieved an e-mail from Ruth Ann Wilson and he shared it with me. I
advised him that I knew Ruth Ann personally as she was like a soldier in June's army, so to
speak. Many times have I seen Ruth Ann stand beside June Griffin and would have taken a
bullet or a beating before she left June's side. Such friendship, such a sister like
relationship that was strong enough that when those two ladies showed up at a public
meeting many people smiled while many others cringed.
As for me, I was pretty much in June's "amen corner" and was gladly one in a large arsenal
of manpower of highly educated people. A larger group than many people ever would think.
Professors, lawyers, editors, radio personalities, Governors and many other public and
private officials that may not be up front with her, but always standing behind her to lend
support and assistance in many ways.
With that said, I begin this story about June Griffin, a Mexican flag, an arrest, a few missing
Mexicans, all criminal charges dropped completely and now the completion of a full circle
that moved some individual, for some reason to place the largest flag I have ever seen in the
very window June Griffin snatched the Illegal Mexican Flag being flown freely on American
soil.
Here is the e-mail that spurred my attention.
Could you all get a picture of that American Flag that is on the Building once occupied by
Mexicans and now, reclaimed to America. Mostly by the efforts of Patriot June who couldn't
stand to see such occupation in Rhea County.
I wish I would have had the authority and privilege of doing this noble act. (reclaiming
American territory.)
For God & Country
Ruth Ann Wilson
Well Ruth Ann, I hopped in my car and drove down to the building at the corner of Market
and Main and sure enough there was an American Flag. The flag was so big that it
completely covers the entire front of the store front windows. I was amazed that someone,
for some reason bore the expense as well as following an obvious righteous patriotic
conviction and stood firm as an American. Such a grand statement for all to see that serves
as a reminder that no matter what anyone says, this is America, period.
So Ruth Ann, click here to see the picture of the flag that you requested...
American Flag
For those of you who may not have read, or heard of this story let me provide some
background information of the incident that got who many think "the most righteous
patriotic citizen in Rhea County" arrested.
In August 2006, June Griffin, who ran for Congress in the recent election, was arrested on
misdemeanor charges of theft, vandalism and harassment and felony charges of civil rights
violations. Many people were totally baffled concerning the civil rights intimidation charge
because it isn't possible for a person who "sneaks" into the United States ILLEGALLY to
have any rights to violate in the first place. Her prosecutor was Jim Pope. You can read just
what type of a prosecuting Assistant District Attorney he really is. He obviously wanted to
throw a book at a 67 year old lady guilty of nothing much more than the "taking" of the flag
that was not hers. But Pope opted to slap June with every charge he could squeeze into an
indictment.
Click here to read the story of how Mr. Pope treats a CONFESSED PERVERT.
He all but let the dude go.
Griffin, who said it is the first time she has ever been arrested, posted a $5,000 bond. For
reasons unknown Judge Jim McKenzie didn't allow June to post a signature bond in order
to be released from jail. He knew that June was NOT a flight risk. It was simply one more
little way for him to hammer an extra nail in her coffin by forcing her to pay $500 cash to
secure the $5,000 bond. Yep, this is the same judge that was crying around on 20/20 after a
dude by the name of J.D. Creason popped several caps in him. People say that Jimmy
looked like Porkie Pig dodging Elmer Fudd's bullets...
She said on July 18 she had noticed a small Mexican flag at an Hispanic grocery in the
former Rogers Drug Store.
She stated, "I went in and there was nothing English in the store. There was one man who
could not speak a word of English."
She said she was outraged about the Mexican flag, saying it was an "act of war" and it
"insulted my citizenship."
Mrs. Griffin said as the Hispanic man watched, she tore off the flag from where it was
suctioned to the building and left with it.
She said, "Foreigners should learn English or leave."
Mrs. Griffin, who said she will represent herself in court, said it was done openly and was
not a theft. She said she later returned the Mexican flag to a police officer.
Mrs. Griffin said the operator of the Days Inn at Dayton "flew a British flag on of all days July
4." She said she went to him to protest the British flag.
She said afterwards "the British flag was torn up in a storm, but the Tennessee and
American flag were spared. I took it to be an act of God."
She denied being guilty of vandalism, denying that she damaged a hinge when she took the
flag.
She also said she was not harrassing when she called the grocery owners to ask them to
take down the larger flag.
Well, June was gearing up for another legal battle and was fully intent on representing
herself (
pro se) and people of many skills came to her aid. Sure, the Herald-News used the
Sound Off! section of their advertising circular of a newspaper to slam June in every way
possible, but it was all in vain. To do wrong always is.
When will people learn that evil can only prevail when good people do nothing? And yes,
this is a close depiction of the famous quote which has evolved into several variations but
nonetheless, it holds within it the same spirit of it's meaning.
Anyway, the charges of stealing a Mexican flag that offended her were being dismissed
against June Griffin.
Mrs. Griffin, who was set to go to trial for bogus charges that include hate crimes, was told
by the district attorney's office that the two witnesses against her cannot be found. As to my
knowledge, I have never known of a D.A.'s office to send investigators all over the
southeast searching for someone just so they could testify. Obviously, maybe if Jim Pope
would have went to the MS-13 gang he may have found who he was looking for, then
again...
Mrs. Griffin said she does not know where the two operators of an Hispanic store at Main
and Market in Dayton have gone. "I hope they are at the bottom of the river. They caused me
a lot of grief," she said.
I know I have heard June tell me of many of her answered prayers which makes me chill
when I find that they have been answered. The only one I haven't seen answered yet is for
County Mayor, Billy Ray Patton's right arm to fall off. That prayer for his arm to fall off
happened several years back. Naturally, I will see to it that the story is printed if we end up
with a one armed bandit.
Mrs. Griffin said she was told by Assistant District Attorney Jim Pope that the charges
involving the incident last July would be dismissed. Additionally, the Mexican grocery store
is now empty and the building is for sale. Mrs. Griffin said it closed about a month after the
July 20 incident. This is the same building that now is home to what looks like
the largest
flag in the city of Dayton that isn't on a pole, but across a store front.
I know that this story is somewhat long, but for the work that June Griffin has done in the
name of her God, her country and her intense love for the state of Tennessee and it's
constitution, time should be of no concern.
I happened up on an interview with a guy named Warren Erulian had with June Griffin about
this "Mexican flag incident". It is rather long and I credit this to Warren Erulian and have
pasted the entire interview below for your consideration because I think it brings us deeper
into June's mindset at the time. In a way, it is so much better to hear something first hand
from the person as opposed to 50 reporters writing 50 different writing styles and spins
according to their own personal agenda.
                              Interview with June Griffin
                                      by Warren Erulian
Mrs. June Griffin is an extraordinary patriot with 30 years experience in American politics.
She appears as a kindly grandmother figure, yet her courage and determination are
unparalleled by her political peers. The saga of June Griffin begins in the 70's when she ran
her first campaign for public office. She finished her last primary race for Tennessee's 3rd
Congressional District second only to the Republican Incumbent.
After leaving the Rhea County Commission meeting of July 18th, Griffin stopped at the
former Roger's Drug Store in Dayton. The store had been converted into a mexican grocery,
complete with spanish writing and a mexican flag stuck to the backdoor window. All of the
signs were in spanish, there were no American flags, and there were no english speakers
employed. The events that took place that evening resulted in 67-year-old Griffin being
charged with a so-called 'hate crime,' theft, telephone harassment and vandalism.
On Saturday afternoon, Mrs. Griffin and I spoke about her platform positions, and the
unfortunate persecution she's had to endure after doing what any good American should
have done.
Warren: Thank you for agreeing to talk with me about the recent situation in Tennessee. To
begin would you tell us about the foundation for your political activism.
June Griffin : I believe in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of
Independence. I believe in God's Law, and the Ten Commandments.
Warren : Do you think those of the current establishment in Washington are representing
the same foundations of American government that you described?
June Griffin : Todays electoral process has become an industry. The process is disrupted
and controlled by the corporate media. This political "industry" promotes candidates
favored by the corporations that buy major advertising. The system is based upon the
advertisers and the revenue generated by selling ads which is the main factor in
determining who can run for office. Furthermore political parties select candidates based
upon the appeal they can generate as a fundraiser for the party. A candidate should be
determined by their integrity and adherence to the Constitution. I don't believe you should
have to be rich to run for public office nor should your appeal be based on your ability to
entice folks to cough up money for your party.
Warren : I've read over some of the background information available about the incident at
the mexican grocery. I want to ask you about that and provide you the oppurtunity to clarify
what happened. It appears to me that the mainstream articles are very slanted against you
and I suspect it's because of your political activism. Can you tell us what actually happened
that evening ?
June Griffin : Absolutely, I was on my way home from the Rhea County Commission
meeting. My lovely daughter-in-law had just appealed to the Commission to keep our
County free of foreign influences and stated that "this is no Little Mexico." I asked Stacy to
drive by this mexican grocery store. It was plastered in spanish writing, nothing in english.
There was a mexican flag stuck in the window and not even one American flag on display. I
went into the store and the young man inside could not or would not communicate in
english at all. The whole circumstance insulted my citizenship. I confiscated the alien flag
from the window because it was a sign of foreign occupation.
Warren : The store manager has alledged that you broke a hinge on the door and
complained to the sheriff. Was there any type of damage ?
June Griffin : No that's not true. The door is made of steel and he's said I kicked the door
and broke the hinge. I don't kick doors, they hurt your feet and damage your shoes. The
claim of vandalism is false.
Warren : Besides vandalism, your charges include theft and harrassment which are
misdemeanors. There is also a felony charge attached that you violated civil rights.
June Griffin : There was no harrassment. The reason they're saying that is because the next
morning the store put up a larger flag, this time in the front window. I tracked down the
operator or owner of the store through the tax assesors office and made a call to them. No
one answered, but there was a message machine. The message was in spanish and
unintelligible. I left a message and said they should take the flag down, and if they couldn't
speak english they should leave or words to that effect. There was no vandalism because
nothing was broken. As for theft, that's not true either because I consider it an act of war in
the current Culture War. The sheriff should return that flag to me because it's now my
property. I think of it as the spoils of war. Charging me with a so-called 'hate crime' is just
rediculous.
Warren : Has there been a court date set to hear this case ?
June Griffin : A trial has been set for March 21st. I plan to file and ask for a dismissal of these
charges before then. I won't be asking for a jury trial. The jury trial has become useless as a
form of justice. The people are so manipulated by media that they make their decisions
based upon groups rather than thinking for themselves. I'll most likely represent myself if
the case is not dismissed.
Warren : There was a rally Morristown in Hamblen County, Tennessee at the VFW (Veterans
of Foreign Wars). You attended with a mexican flag and received 3 standing ovations from
the citizens during your speech. Was that the same flag from the store window ?
June Griffin : Oh yes, there was a rally before this one though. Tom Lowe, a Commissioner
of Hamblen County had called a rally at their Courthouse to show people what illegals were
costing the county. The crowd was responsive and outraged. The rally was disrupted by
local police, Tennessee Highway Patrol in helicopters, SWAT teams, everything they could
use to interrupt. One disabled American veteran, Ted Ray Mitchell was arrested for carrying
an American flag. It was on a pole and the police said it was a dangerous weapon and shot
him with a tazer gun. He's waiting to go to trial too. The follow-up meeting held at the VFW
was held July 22nd. I took the mexican flag which I had removed from it's insulting place of
prominence in the heart of Dayton and told the crowd that this was not our flag.
Warren : How did the sheriff get ahold of the flag ?
June Griffin : A day or two later a City Police Officer called and asked me if I was the one
who removed the flag. I told him yes. He said, "I knew you would tell me the truth." Days
after that, August 8, I received a call from Chief of Police Chris Sneed who told me there was
an arrest warrant waiting for me at the jail and I needed to come down and sign some
papers. The papers included booking me for theft, telephone harassment, vandalism and
violation of civil rights. After I was fingerprinted, I was allowed to bond out on a $5,000 bond
and put down $512.00 to save me from jail. Based on my good reputation as a citizen, I
should have been released on my own recognizance, nevertheless that is the case.
Warren : Do you have any thoughts you can share about the border crisis in this country ?
Do you see the events taking place as evidence that we are at war ?
June Griffin : We are in a culture war and an insidious invasion by people who think we are
helpless little pigs who have no defender. They are wrong.
Warren : What do you think about dual citizenship ?
June Griffin : I oppose dual citizenship, as well as being in subjection to any foreign
religious heads. Dual citizenships shows divided loyalty and their allegiance is not to the
United States. With their loyalty divided, It's like having two wives. The rule is: One God, One
Country, One Wife.
Warren : When you said that foreigners should learn English or leave, did that apply to all
foreigners or did you apply this only to mexicans ?
June Griffin : That was meant for all foreigners who don't speak English. I would give them
3 months to learn English or they should leave. The naturalization requirements state that
they must read, write and speak English before becoming a citizen and repudiate other
allegiances.
Warren : What do you think of foreign flags being flown on American soil ?
June Griffin : There should not be any foreign flags on American soil. I once proposed a city
ordinance to ban any flags that were not originally American.
Warren : After the war of American Independence, John Hanson, the first President of the
United States, declared there should be no foreign flags on American soil. He also viewed
them as a symbol of occupation. It seems the founding fathers would have agreed with you.
President Bush once said that it was impossible to deport 12 million illegal aliens from our
country; do you think that was an accurate accessment ?
June Griffin : No, it was ridiculous. Each county should arrest and deport illegal aliens
within their communities. It's the responsibility of the Sheriff. On NPR (National Public
Radio) there was a report about a Roman Catholic farm with a 250 miles unprotected
border. Since that land is considered religious it has tax exemption. The federal government
can't fence that land and the church is providing a conduit for illegal aliens to cross as if it
were an open door. If we had the Sheriffs' department protecting their counties, citizens
they would arrest illegal aliens. We should also promote citizens' arrests, and hold
businesses that hire illegals accountable. With those measures and enforcement of current
laws, it is not only possible but entirely feasible.
Warren : Are there any other points you would like to make or comments about other issues
before we close ?
June Griffin : I want to ask all the people who support me to pray for me. This is not support
for June Griffin per se, rather you are supporting our national sovereignty and the sacrifices
for THIS country for which thousands of veterans fought from the days of the Mayflower
Compact and ultimately the Declaration of Independence. I also want to remind everyone of
the Annual Bill of Rights banquet. We've been having them in Tennessee and Pennsylvania,
and the cost covers your meal and the cost of the room - this is not a profit-making venture
nor a fundraiser. December 15, 1791 is the annivesary of the ratification of the Bill of Rights.
It's important that people all across the country remember this day and do their best to
participate by having gatherings in their own communities. Remember your Rights to keep
and bear arms, and remember your Right to free speech and self-government within the
boundaries of the States including local ordinances. The Bill of Rights is so essential in
defending our freedoms and there needs to be a celebration in every town, every year.
The Bill of Rights is a bulwark against persecution of Bible-believers while others have
benefitted. But we as Christians will have our Rights. I have put the ACLU on notice publicly
that we are taking the Bill of Rights away from them. Their sedition will have its end in our
repossession of what God gave us! All glory be to Him!
God will bless us for this undertaking. The patriots must repent of their personal sins,
allowing the works of darkness to entertain us, thus forsaking the God of our Fathers.
Jesus is our Great and Merciful High Priest (Trinity v. USA 1892) and the Sacrifice for our
sins. II Chron. 7:14 is reiterated in the New Testament with these words: "If we will confess
our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all
unrighteousness."
He will save us from our enemies and the hand of all that hate us. Luke 1. He is gleaning out
a Remnant of Patriots who will not compromise. Woe to the pragmatic!
June Griffin
For God and Country
Not Guilty by Reason of Patriotism
     END OF INTERVIEW
Shortly after June heard about the giant flag that someone placed in that store front she
was very moved and inspired. It made me feel good inside to see June get a "just reward"
for her suffering.
June being the brilliant writer that she is, educated solely by reading and educating herself
to the point where her mind surpasses many people with college degrees. She is indeed an
amazing lady whether you differ with her opinions or not.
With that said I would like to add a letter sent to me written by June Griffin entitled:
                                      "The Comforter is Come"
"He crowneth the year with goodness."
In the formerly 'mexican grocery store' where I took down the mexican flag and stayed
under court jeopardy for eight months, now there is a huge American flag in the front
window.
I had no idea where it came from or who put it there but I can say with the song writer:
"...The Comforter is come..."
We had a wonderful Watch Night Service with our close family - J.B., Stacy, Hannah, Jake
and Silas (David and Nathaniel were asleep). We sang JERUSALEM THE GOLDEN for our
country, and "Is Your All On the Altar," then read II Samuel 22 and II Samuel 23: 4,5, the
charge for the next year for the election:
'HE THAT RULETH OVER MEN MUST BE JUST, RULING IN THE FEAR OF THE LORD."
My husband says this nation is in the worst crisis we have faced since 1860. I believe,
based on the earnest prayer, that every elected leader who doesn't fit that criteria - for this is
God's Will - will be  removed from office, by the sword, the famine or the pestilence.  As
Christ ordered us to pray, "That God's Will be Done on Earth, as it is in heaven..." thus
God's Will be done in Rhea County, in Tennessee, and the United States.
Woe to the disobedient.
After our prayer, at midnight we fired off our cannon and fireworks, bid each other Happy
New Year and went home to sleep. No medicine, no  pills, no alcohol,  just happy in the Lord
and filled with His Spirit of Hope,Faith and Charity (as defined by the Revolutionary War
soldiers).
June Griffin
For God and Country
Now, i know you may be exhausted after all this reading so I will now start to wind it down. I
feel it is proper to use June Griffins PRESS RELEASE - ALABAMA GETS A NEW COLONEL
to close out this story. June has done a tremendous amount of patriotic work as she looks
at it all as not work, but a calling or duty to act to defend this great nation. I mean after all
people, isn't the United States not worth saving?
Alabama Governor Bob Riley has been commissioned Honorary Colonel to June Griffin of
Rhea County, Tennessee. This was done as a result of the Annual Bill of Rights Banquet
where former Chief of Police Drue Lackey was the keynote speaker and detailed his
testimony of incidents  involved with the Montgomery riots and trouble during the 1950's.
The official certificate of Commission reads as follows:
"June Griffin, having been deemed of meritorious character, is hereby commissioned an
Honorary Colonel in the Militia of the State of  Alabama. She is, therefore, carefully and
diligently to discharge the duties of the office to which she is appointed by doing and
performing all manner of things thereunto belonging. And I do strictly charge and require all
Officers and Soldiers under her command to be obedient to her orders as an officer of her
grade and position. And she is to observe and follow such orders and directions, from time
to time, as she shall receive from me, or the future Governor the State of Alabama, or the
General or other Superior Officers set over her, according to the laws for the regulation
and government of the Alabama State Militia.
"Given Under My Hand, and the Great Seal of the Office of the Governor at the State Capitol
in the City of Montgomery on the 21st day of December 2007."
In response to her receipt of this Commission, Mrs. Griffin stated that "all honor and glory
belongs to the God of our Fathers. What zeal, fortitude, perseverance, courage or any other
good that comes to Man is a direct result the Spirit and Blessing of Almighty God Who was
with us in our Wars and settlement of this great Nation. "His Mercy Endureth Forever."  It is
with great humility that I accept this honor and responsibility and pray the Lord to avenge
the good people of Alabama of the wrongs done to them as well as the God-fearing people
of Tennessee and all across the country who have felt the heel of the dictators in the
left-wing legal system who have stolen the Bill of Rights. We are taking it back by Divine
Replevy."
For God and Country,
June Griffin
for what you are than
to be loved for what
you are not."
