Too bad that the local officials did not share their care for the reputations of Carrie
Geren Scoggins, and her immediate family the "Gerens," that they seemed to have
when it came to a local judge such as Mr. Hagler.
Mr. Hagler's reputation was saved by local officials when the smear campaign began,
and the illegal talk about him was spread from recordings, however, no such luck
when it came to the good name of the head of the Libertarian party Carrie Geren
Scoggins.
Many officers had spread horrible tales of sex in church parking lots, wanting to be
"talked dirty to," and even tales of masturbation, and having been raped, concerning
the wire tapping laws being broken violating Ms. Scoggins' civil liberties.
Many of the stories were found to be un true, therefore libelous slander and
defamation of character. Laws such as the victims rights legislation protecting her
name as a victim of a violent crime were broken by officers and informants coming
into her jobs spreading information which violated this law in "disclosure of
information," about her which ruined her name for life.
Also, false accusations of mental illnesses and criminal behavior which were spread
that violated the Americans With Disabilities Act, and disclosure laws, was indeed
defamation of character. This stole her and her families good name as law abiding
citizens, and as a direct result took all their jobs, friends, family, and dates.
We know that the wire tapping laws are now still being broken as they divulge
personal information to individuals which came from the wire taps, spreading it to
everyone that they know.
They recruited everyone that touches their lives as informants against them, broke
laws divulging information to these individuals, and turned literally the whole region
against them.
After 15+ years of this happening to their family, and now Ms. Scoggins as well, finally
it appears that many in this area are having their sins revisited upon them by God
Himself as they are now having the same activities they were doing to this family now
carried out against them.
There were several prophetic Words from Pentecostal pastors that it would be sent
back onto them by God, "like a tsunami," and that "all of them would go into captivity."
We see that as this little town of Cleveland, TN, and also Murfreesboro, TN, are being
shook up by people being exposed and re-payed for their actions.
Hopefully the individuals involved will come clean publicly and repent for their sins
against this family, and clear their name from the lies and slander they have so vastly
spread. Maybe they will take Jesus' advice and "restore four fold what they have
stolen."
At least if your in Cleveland the police departments will protect your civil liberties from
being violated, and protect your name, if your a judge. If your just a family such as the
