Everyone:

Attached above is a press release and below are links to two short videos. Please review them
and forward to anyone in your circles who believe in free speech, the Second Amendment and a
checked and balanced government.

The case in question is that of Rick Stanley, a respected and successful Denver family
businessman, libertarian, former candidate for U.S. Senate, activist, Second Amendment
advocate, tireless patriot organizer and beloved father and husband. Because Rick, in all his
activities, made one statement, however ill-advised, the system descended upon him with a
lawless vengeance and then kangarooed him into prison for six years.

Rick and his wife Pam are our friends. Rick, a strong, handsome, principled man, put himself in
harm's way to defend our rights to speak openly and defend ourselves. The system's response
was to manufacture a criminal case out of a few words taken out of context and throw him in
prison--after allowing him to waste a lot of money on attorneys. We refuse to ascribe "victim"
status to anyone. Rick himself does not consider himself a "victim" as he accepts full
responsibility for his life. Pity is not what we are seeking here.

As we read this, the District of Columbia v. Heller is before the U.S. Supreme Court. Many Second
Amendment advocates feel that a decision in Heller will be tantamount to a contemporary ruling
on whether the Second Amendment confers an individual right to keep and bear arms or a
collective right held by the state--the latter being the "theory" upon which the U.S. Department
of Justice and the federal judiciary has been persecuting/imprisoning Americans for the last
couple decades.

Rick Stanley's free speech writ, which has made it past the first several rounds where most writs
submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court are rejected, will be either heard or not by the U.S. Supreme
Court based upon the outcome of a meeting Friday, March 28.

To honor Rick Stanley and his contribution to the freedom movement in this country, help us
transform his persecution into a case that moves the cause of freedom forward in the highest
court and the most public possible venue. Read the release above, review the video links below
and forward this email onward.Let's raise the background noise to a level that prompts the
nation's most august jurists to take notice. The writ is ripe to be heard on its merits and Rick
Stanley deserves our support and our prayers.
